Mortgage Originator

We are seeking experienced Loan Officers to join our top-performing team in Maine. As a Mortgage Originator with Madison Mortgage Services Inc., you will have the opportunity to work with a top broker licensed in 32 states, leveraging our in-house videographer, on-site Realtor events, and other resources to drive success.

• Communicate complex loan programs and closing costs to prospective buyers, ensuring informed decision-making.
• Collaborate with borrowers, loan officers, title companies, attorneys, and insurance companies to gather and prepare documents for underwriting.
• Manage a large pipeline of loans to meet production requirements.
• Nurture relationships through networking and prospecting with bankers, realtors, builders, and the community to attract new business.

• Seasoned professionals with established referral sources.
• Mortgage professionals seeking to create a self-sustaining business.
• Loan Officers looking to grow from 2-5 loans per month to over 20 loans per month.
• MLOs switching from retail and correspondent who want to avoid losing deals to brokers.
• Individuals motivated by a multiple six-figure income and a desire to work with a top mortgage broker in the Maine market.
• Self-motivated individuals who want to win deals and be competitive in the market.
• Familiarity with various loan types, including conventional, fixed/adjustable, FHA, VA, USDA, bridge, non-conforming, FNMA, and FHLMC, as well as Home Equity Lines of Credit.
• Multiple years of real estate, mortgage origination, or lending experience.
• Current NMLS State License or Federal NMLS Registration.
• Banking, business, real estate, or related Bachelor's degree.
• Compliance with lending regulations and bank underwriting guidelines and lending policies.
