About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Mortgage Loan Originator to join our team at Madison Mortgage Services Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for originating and processing mortgage loans, working closely with borrowers, loan officers, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth and efficient process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with borrowers and loan officers to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions
  • Manage a large pipeline of loans to ensure timely and accurate processing
  • Build and maintain relationships with realtors, builders, and other industry professionals to drive business growth
  • Familiarize yourself with various loan programs, including conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA loans

Requirements:

  • Multiple years of experience in mortgage origination or lending
  • Current NMLS State License or Federal NMLS Registration
  • Banking, business, or related Bachelor's degree
