As a Rural Carrier Associate with the US Postal Service, you will be responsible for delivering mail and packages to customers along a prescribed rural route. This role requires a strong customer service focus, as you will be interacting with customers on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver mail and packages to customers along a rural route
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries
- Operate a vehicle safely and efficiently
- Manage mail and package delivery schedules and routes
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- Ability to lift and carry heavy packages
- Strong communication and customer service skills
