Job Summary:

System One Holdings, LLC is seeking an experienced Injection Molding Operations Manager to lead our injection molding team. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our equipment, supervising a team of injection molding operators, and maintaining high-quality product standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and train a team of injection molding operators to ensure they safely and effectively operate equipment
  • Use injection molding experience to troubleshoot issues with equipment, optimize product quality, and ensure continuous operation
  • Manage inventory and material handling using computerized software
  • Coordinate with warehouse leadership to ensure smooth operations
  • Review operator paperwork for accuracy and ensure final product is staged properly
  • Create and post work schedules, manage employee attendance, and generate reports for plant management
  • Participate in debriefs with other management personnel to discuss shift operations

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-high school education or training preferred
  • At least six months of prior injection molding machine operation experience required; five years of injection molding experience desired
  • Related supervisory or leadership experience required; ability to lead people effectively, professionally, and consistently
  • Computer skills, including proficiency in software programs for inventory and material handling
