Flexcraft is seeking a skilled and experienced leader to join our overnight production team as a Supervisor. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of 30+ people in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, ensuring production goals are met quickly, efficiently, and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular safety audits and guide the team to success through training, supporting, teaching, and communicating.
  • Ensure the floor is adequately staffed to support the day's production requirements.
  • Brief the team on the day's goals and communicate important company updates.
  • Use ADP, Excel, and IQMS to maintain employee and production data.
  • Train, coach, and communicate to ensure all Inspector Packers know how to do their jobs efficiently and safely.
  • Real-time problem-solving to meet demands in changing circumstances.
  • Train the team in Lean methodologies and best practices, ensuring our Factory remains the cleanest and most state-of-the-art in the industry.

Requirements:

  • College degree or equivalent experience.
  • Leadership experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with tools and machines.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (IQMS preferred).
  • Knowledge of 5S, Six Sigma, and Lean.
  • Ability to carry heavy objects (50 lbs).
  • Ability to problem-solve and adapt to changing conditions.
  • Positive energy and a can-do attitude.

Bonus Points:

  • Blow molding or injection molding experience.
  • Knowledge of machine maintenance.
  • Experience with IQMS, MES systems, or similar.
  • Engineering degree.
  • Six Sigma, or similar, certified.
  • Ability to communicate in English, Spanish, and other languages.
