Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at Staffmark Group. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our production equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical issues with production equipment
  • Troubleshoot complex problems with 480-volt 3-phase motors and DC motors
  • Read and understand electrical schematics to determine equipment failures and make repairs
  • Determine mechanical issues and perform repairs, including replacement of hydraulics/pneumatics valves, pumps, blowers, gearboxes, and slide gates
  • Complete routine reports and correspondences
Requirements
  • 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience
  • Forklift experience
  • Strong electrical, mechanical, troubleshooting, math, and analytical skills
