Maintenance Superintendent

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Superintendent to lead our maintenance team and ensure the safe and efficient operation of our production equipment. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

• Lead a team of maintenance technicians to ensure the safe and efficient operation of production equipment
• Develop and implement maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including OSHA, EPA, and ANSI standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
• Develop and manage maintenance budgets and forecasts
• Provide leadership and coaching to maintenance personnel to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Maintenance or Engineering, or relevant work experience
• At least 10 years of experience in maintenance and operations, with 5 years in a leadership role
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Knowledge of maintenance management systems and CMMS programs
