Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Intern to join our team at KTA Super Stores. As a Pharmacy Intern, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by assisting pharmacists with processing and filling prescriptions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately assist pharmacists with processing and filling prescriptions
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting, thanking, and offering assistance to all customers
  • Retrieve proper drugs from shelves and type, bill, count, and package prescriptions
  • Charge and collect payment from customers using a cash register/computer
  • Properly price, rotate, and stock merchandise in the correct locations in the pharmacy
Working Conditions
  • Frequently work indoors in a clean, air-conditioned environment
  • Occasionally work in a store warehouse where it may be noisy and dusty
  • Seldom need to travel and work at other locations
Requirements
  • Must be a student or graduate of an accredited school or college of pharmacy
  • Must have good mathematical skills for computing, measuring, and billing purposes
  • Must have the ability to use technology to carry out duties and functions
