Optician Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled Optician to join our team at Walmart Supercenter #1646. As an Optician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by acknowledging customers, receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise, and supporting store operations by executing daily workloads and processes.

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Receive, stock, and organize merchandise in a safe and efficient manner.
• Support store operations by executing daily workloads and processes, including opening and closing procedures.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and provide recommendations to customers.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
