We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Albanese Candy. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Provide guidance and direction to maintenance personnel, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Facilities Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and repair of equipment, machinery, and facilities to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Quality and Safety: Ensure that all maintenance activities are conducted in accordance with company quality and safety standards.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels and ensure that necessary supplies are available to support maintenance activities.
- Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with other departments and teams to ensure seamless operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education or technical training preferred.
- Experience: 2-4 years of maintenance experience in a production environment; 2-4 years of supervisory experience preferred.
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to lift up to 69 lbs; knowledge of mechanical procedures, compressed air systems, and high-pressure steam systems preferred.
