Dishroom Attendant

We are seeking a detail-oriented Dishroom Attendant to join our team at Cornerstone Hospitality. This role involves maintaining a clean kitchen, washing and sorting dishes, and prepping foods as needed.

• Maintain a clean and organized dish area, ensuring that all equipment is in good working condition.
• Set up and maintain dish stations, including dish machines and sinks, to optimize efficiency and cleanliness.
• Wash, stack, and store china, glassware, silverware, cookware, and storage containers with precision and care.

1. Assist in food prep and other duties as assigned by the chef or management.
2. Maintain trash cans throughout the shift and remove full trashcans and boxes at the end of each shift.
3. Ensure that all floors throughout the kitchen remain clean and dry during the shift.
4. Follow posted daily dish cleaning duties and participate in any additional tasks as required.

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The estimated salary for this position is $35,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
