We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our team

As a Mental Health Therapist at Bridge City Counseling, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including children, families, and individuals. You will be responsible for providing high-quality, trauma-informed care, and working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to clients of all ages.

- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

- Collaborate with our team to coordinate care and ensure seamless transitions between services.

- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices and evidence-based treatments.

Requirements:

- Master's or Doctoral degree in Clinical Social Work, Clinical Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

- Current, unrestricted license to practice mental health therapy in Oregon (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PsyD, or PhD).

- Experience working with diverse populations, including children, families, and individuals with complex needs.
