Job Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team. As a therapist, you will work with patients to establish positive relationships, diagnose and treat mental health disorders, and create individualized treatment plans. You will also conduct ongoing assessments of patient progress and involve family members when necessary. Our ideal candidate is a master's-level degree holder with a valid, active license in their field and at least 2 years of experience in providing diagnostic assessment and therapy services.

Responsibilities
  • Establish positive, trusting relationships with patients
  • Diagnose and treat mental health disorders
  • Create individualized treatment plans
  • Conduct ongoing assessments of patient progress
  • Involve family members when necessary
  • Plan outreach and referral activities in surrounding communities
Qualifications
  • Master's Level Degree or higher in a related field
  • Full, unencumbered PsyD, LMFT/LCSW/LPC license
  • At least 2 years of experience in providing diagnostic assessment and therapy services
  • Bilingual skills are a plus
  • Ability to work as a team member and cooperatively
  • Superb organizational skills
  • Ability to guide, direct, or influence people
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
