Senior Coordinator, Teaching and Learning

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Coordinator, Teaching and Learning to provide administrative support to the Associate Provost and reporting departments focused on teaching and learning resources. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Associate Provost and reporting departments, including event planning, communications, and record-keeping.
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and expense reports for the Associate Provost and reporting departments.
- Manage departmental academic calendars, including scheduling meetings, time away from the office, and special events.
- Coordinate and track department vendor purchasing and expenses, prepare expense reports, and process purchase orders.
- Generate faculty, staff, and student payment requests, check requests, purchase orders, and honoraria forms.
- Prepare expense reports, reimbursements, and invoices, and assist in the compilation of budget and other administrative documentation for the departments.
- Maintain an organized digital filing system and coordinate the distribution of hardware, equipment, and licenses of software for students and faculty.
- Work with the department of environment health and safety to maintain a safe and secure work environment for students, faculty, and staff.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- At least 5 years of administrative support experience in progressively responsible positions.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to write clear and concise business documents.
- Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Ability to coordinate and manage multiple calendars, organize and complete multiple tasks simultaneously, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within groups, with a strong commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, access, and belonging.
