As a Continuous Improvement Technician (Kaizen) with Jobot, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our manufacturing processes and systems. You will be responsible for implementing continuous improvement initiatives, creating dashboards, and applying Kaizen principles to drive operational excellence.

We are seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of the manufacturing industry and a passion for promoting efficiency and quality.

The estimated salary for this position is $35 - $40 per hour.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing continuous improvement initiatives using Kaizen principles
  • Creating, monitoring, and updating dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Facilitating Kaizen events and workshops to promote a continuous improvement culture
  • Conducting root cause analysis to identify areas of improvement
  • Training and mentoring team members on Kaizen methodologies and tools

A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field, combined with proven experience in implementing continuous improvement initiatives and Kaizen principles, is required. Additionally, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with other data analysis tools are necessary.
