We are a well-respected, large manufacturing company looking for a self-motivated and detail-oriented Manufacturing Process Enhancement Specialist to join our dynamic team.


About the Role

This is a permanent position that offers an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in enhancing our manufacturing processes and systems. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing continuous improvement initiatives, creating dashboards, and applying Kaizen principles to drive operational excellence.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement process enhancement initiatives using Kaizen principles to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality within the manufacturing process.
  • Create, monitor, and update dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide real-time data on manufacturing operations.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in problem-solving sessions to identify and eliminate waste and non-value-added activities.
  • Facilitate Kaizen events and workshops to promote a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify areas of improvement and develop effective solutions.
  • Train and mentor team members on Kaizen methodologies and tools to foster a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Collaborate with various departments to align improvement initiatives with overall business objectives.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
  • Proven experience in implementing process enhancement initiatives and Kaizen principles.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, lean methodologies, and quality control measures.
  • Proficiency in creating and managing dashboards to track KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to conduct root cause analysis and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and facilitate Kaizen events.

What We Offer

A competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, excellent benefits, and a stable company on a strong growth track.
