We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Plumbing & HVAC Design-Engineer to join our team at Gulfstream SP.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and oversee plumbing and HVAC designs for commercial buildings using Revit, AutoCAD, and other design applications.
  • Manage one or multiple design projects, assist with estimating the scope of work, and work closely with clients throughout project lifecycles.
  • Oversee financials and ensure client satisfaction with deliverables.
  • BUILD AND MAINTAIN RELATIONSHIPS WITH BUILDING OWNERS, GCs, A/E FIRMS, AND OTHER INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and Professional Engineer (P.E.) License.
  • 8 to 15+ years of experience in Plumbing Design, Engineering, Project Management.
  • Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit.
  • Local and stable work history.

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
