Currently, we are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused DevOps Developer/ServiceNow Infrastructure Engineer to support our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain production backend applications.
  • Deploy and manage services in cloud environments, particularly with AWS.
  • Adhere to best practices for securing cloud infrastructures.
  • Analyze data, processes, and code to diagnose and resolve issues.
  • Identify and implement optimal solutions to meet client needs.
  • Provide operational support for custom development and third-party integrations.
  • Conduct unit testing and rectify code defects.
  • Assist in technical design and documentation efforts.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create solutions that fulfill business requirements.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in the responsibilities outlined above.
  • Over 10 years of experience in software development.
  • Proficiency in at least one scripting language (e.g., Ruby, Python, Perl, Bash, JavaScript).
  • Strong understanding of Linux operating systems (RHEL/CentOS/Debian) and their fundamentals.
  • Current DoD Approved 8570 IAT Level II Certification (e.g., Security+ CE).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong logical problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience presenting in group settings.
  • A sense of urgency, coupled with strong organizational and follow-up abilities.

Security Clearance Requirements:

  • TS/SCI w/Poly.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to remain stationary for 75% of the time.
  • Regularly operates a computer and other office productivity equipment.
