Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Product Development Test Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the execution of product development test plans, test sequences, and directed tests, ensuring adherence to test standards and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate test plans, test sequences, and directed tests to ensure accurate and reliable results.
  • Operate and maintain lab environments, equipment, and tools for product development testing, validation, and characterization.
  • Prepare test equipment for use by setting up and calibrating it to ensure reliable working order.
  • Observe test subjects performing tasks to ensure correct product usage.
  • Record data points generated by tests to ensure accuracy and analyze results to identify any issues.
  • Conduct tests on products, equipment, or materials to ensure they meet safety standards or are compatible with other products.
  • Monitor trial process for all products and prototype equipment.
  • Design specific application parts and collaborate with test and development teams to operate various test equipment.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess a High School Equivalent and 6 years' experience, or an associate degree in a science, technology, math, engineering, or STEM discipline and 3 years' experience, or an undergraduate degree (candidate must possess the degree or expect to complete the required degree by employment start date).

2+ years of experience with manufacturing in a semiconductor/high-tech environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in more than one process module in a Die Prep/Sort/Fab environment.

Experience with data extraction and analysis tools such as SQL pathfinder, JMP, Excel, etc.
