As a process engineer, you will apply your advanced knowledge to develop and optimize manufacturing processes, customize machinery, and drive the adoption of new technologies. Your role will be instrumental in shaping the future of manufacturing, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver world-class results.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing advanced manufacturing processes
  • Collaborating with engineering teams to design and optimize factory layouts
  • Customizing machinery to meet the demands of cutting-edge production
  • Driving the adoption of new technologies and manufacturing techniques
  • Ensuring the highest standards of quality and precision in manufacturing

In addition to the qualifications listed below, the ideal candidate will demonstrate or be developing skills in the following areas:

  • Semiconductor equipment and fabrication process
  • Statistics and data analytics
  • Failure analysis and semiconductor device physics
  • Manufacturing process control and improvement
  • Manufacturing quality assurance and environmental health and safety

This is an entry-level position, and the ideal candidate will possess a PhD degree in a relevant STEM field, such as chemical engineering, electrical engineering, or materials science. The candidate should have 6+ months of educational or industry experience and be available to start work in 2025.
