Job Description

As a Retail Store Manager at Evansville Goodwill Industries, Inc., you will be responsible for managing a team of employees, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth through effective merchandising and inventory management strategies. You will also be responsible for maintaining store appearance, adhering to company policies and procedures, and implementing initiatives to increase revenue and reduce costs.

We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 per year, plus benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as paid time off and holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements
* 2 years of retail management experience preferred
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software applications quickly
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
