We are seeking an experienced Store Director to lead our team at 209 S Broadway St. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Operational Management: Develop and implement operational strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
• Team Leadership: Supervise staff, provide coaching and feedback, and foster a positive work culture.
• Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, manage stock ordering, and maintain accurate records.
• Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, including marketing promotions and loyalty programs.
• Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance staff skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in business or related field required.
• Experience: 3+ years of management experience in retail or food services.
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
