Position Title: Helper
Job Overview:
EMCOR Government Services is seeking a dedicated Helper.
Essential Qualifications:
A High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
Experience Requirements:
A minimum of one year of experience as a helper in an industrial setting is required.
Physical and Job Site Requirements:
- Ability to complete hiring documentation electronically.
- Must be capable of lifting and carrying items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Should possess sufficient strength and endurance to perform the technical duties and essential functions outlined.
- Must be able to navigate confined spaces and uneven terrain.
- Full range of motion consistent with age is necessary.
- Ability to climb and maintain balance on ladders is required.
- Must be able to hear and respond to voice commands and alerts from coworkers, alarms, and other job-related sounds.
- Visual acuity, depth perception, and color discrimination must meet the requirements for working at heights and on uneven surfaces.
- Safety/Steel toe footwear is mandatory.
