Job Title: Processing Supervisor

Cal-Maine Foods, Inc. is seeking a skilled Processing Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the processing of eggs, ensuring quality control, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise hourly employees, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations.
  • Direct workers engaged in product measurement, inspection, and testing activities to ensure quality control and reliability.
  • Communicate with management and user personnel to develop production and design standards.
  • Apply statistical methods to determine manufacturing processes, staff requirements, and processing standards.
  • Coordinate with Production to design, develop, test, and evaluate integrated systems.
  • Ensure continuous improvement in process, cost, quality, and production.
  • Monitor compliance with organizational policies, occupational health and safety practices, and applicable regulations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) from a four-year college or university or three to five years' experience and/or training.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred.
  • Availability for night shifts, weekends, and holidays when applicable.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced setting and adapting to changing priorities.
  • Ability to balance multiple projects and operations in a continuously changing environment.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word), preferred.
  • Ability to lead a small team.
  • Forklift Trained or Certified.
  • Good communication skills.
