Responsibilities

  • Document all patient interactions, assessments, and care provided
Requirements
  • Active nursing license in good standing
  • At least six months of recent experience as a nurse in a clinical care setting
  • Home health experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
