As a Pediatric Homecare Nurse, you will work closely with our team to develop and implement individualized care plans, administer medications and treatments, and educate patients and their families on disease management and prevention strategies.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, treatments, and therapies
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the patient's healthcare team
- Educate patients and their families on disease management, self-care techniques, and prevention strategies
- Document all patient interactions, assessments, and care provided
- Active nursing license in good standing
- At least six months of recent experience as a nurse in a clinical care setting
- Home health experience preferred
