Job Description

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to fill a part-time position at Caresense Home Health. As a Pediatric Nurse Supervisor, you will be responsible for establishing patient treatment plans, monitoring and reporting changes in patients' symptoms or behaviors, and communicating with collaborating physicians or specialists regarding patient care.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement patient treatment plans
  • Monitor patients' symptoms and report changes to healthcare team
  • Communicate with physicians and specialists to ensure comprehensive care
  • Educate patients and families on healthcare options and services
  • Provide emotional support and teaching to patients and their families
  • Supervise staff in the field and ensure quality care is delivered

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in nursing or a related medical field
  • Familiarity with medical software and equipment
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to build rapport with patients, families, and healthcare team members
