As a key member of our Procom team, you will play a vital role in maintaining workflow by assisting managers and supervisors with the coordination of warehouse duties, including inventory management, creating packaging slips and reports, and fulfilling customer orders.

Job Details- Coordinate workload allocation among warehouse workers, material handlers, and drivers to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
- Prepare work orders, troubleshoot orders, and resolve discrepancies as needed to maintain accuracy and quality.
- Assign and release orders sent for loading and unloading, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Allocate and research inventory for orders, utilizing your analytical skills to optimize stock levels and reduce waste.
- Enter data for inbound and/or outbound freight into the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and create bills of lading (BOLs) to streamline logistics.
- Maintain and generate required reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Process, audit, and file various documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office to effectively manage data and communicate with stakeholders.
- Ability to communicate effectively with carriers, customers, employees, and management to ensure seamless collaboration.
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent to demonstrate a strong foundation in education.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule when needed to accommodate business demands.
- 1 year of customer service experience to develop strong interpersonal skills and conflict resolution techniques.
- 6 months of experience in a warehouse setting to understand the nuances of logistics and inventory management.
