Job Details
  • Coordinate workload allocation among warehouse workers, material handlers, and drivers to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
  • Prepare work orders, troubleshoot orders, and resolve discrepancies as needed to maintain accuracy and quality.
  • Assign and release orders sent for loading and unloading, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Allocate and research inventory for orders, utilizing your analytical skills to optimize stock levels and reduce waste.
  • Enter data for inbound and/or outbound freight into the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and create bills of lading (BOLs) to streamline logistics.
  • Maintain and generate required reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Process, audit, and file various documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Mandatory Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office to effectively manage data and communicate with stakeholders.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with carriers, customers, employees, and management to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Proven ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
Desired Skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent to demonstrate a strong foundation in education.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule when needed to accommodate business demands.
  • 1 year of customer service experience to develop strong interpersonal skills and conflict resolution techniques.
  • 6 months of experience in a warehouse setting to understand the nuances of logistics and inventory management.
