Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technician to join our team. As a Technician, you will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance, advanced diagnostics, and complex repairs on our equipment in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform preventive maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and extend its lifespan
  • Conduct advanced diagnostics to identify and repair complex issues with equipment
  • Make repairs on equipment in a safe and efficient manner to minimize downtime
  • Work with a variety of equipment, including aerial work platforms, general construction tools, and specialty lines equipment
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; trade school or equivalent training desired
  • 5+ years of experience as a Technician with similar diesel equipment and/or heavy equipment or specialty lines equipment
  • Advanced knowledge of hydraulic systems and troubleshooting skills
  • Advanced knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Physical Demands

The physical demands of this role require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors when required by the job.
