Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Masking Technician to join our team at Specialty Coating Systems. As a Masking Technician, you will be responsible for the masking and/or demasking of customer products being parylene coated. This role requires attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to work in a seated position for extended periods of time.

Key Responsibilities:

Understand and follow designated processes, work instructions, and Manufacturing Standard Procedures (MSP's).
Perform basic masking/demasking and inspection tasks using small hand tools, microscopes, and other support equipment.
Inspect own work for quality compliance and maintain a high level of punctuality and attendance.
Comply with Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) handling requirements when required and appropriate.
Maintain a high level of personal hygiene and a neat and orderly work area.

Requirements:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
Ability to clearly speak, read, and write English.
Ability to comprehend written and verbal instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
Ability to perform basic math functions and work in a seated position for extended periods of time.
High degree of manual dexterity and eye-hand coordination in order to perform precision masking and demasking functions.
