Compensation and Benefits for Local SEO Strategist:

Competitive Salary: $75,000/year

Generous Paid Time Off (PTO): We value work-life balance, offering top-tier PTO. New full-time team members earn 4 hours per pay period, amounting to approximately 96 hours in the first year, with increases over time.

Comprehensive Benefits Package: Dick Hannah Corporate Offices provides extensive health benefits starting the first month after 60 days of employment. Paid Holidays: Our company offers at least 6 paid holidays per year to the Local SEO Strategist, subject to the completion of the introductory period and other eligibility requirements as per company policy.

Responsibilities of the Local SEO Strategist:

In this multifaceted role, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing and updating online business listings such as Google Business Profiles, Bing Places, and Apple Maps.
  • Collaborating with the team to create Local SEO-focused content and enhance our online presence.
  • Presenting insights and recommendations for growth based on your analyses.
  • Partnering with our General Managers and stakeholders to oversee their online reputation.

Qualifications for the Local SEO Strategist:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in navigating the internet and utilizing email communication.
  • Working knowledge of SEO principles and their application in content marketing.
  • Basic understanding of HTML.
  • Ability to multitask while adhering to strict deadlines.
  • Flexibility in adapting strategies promptly and effectively.
  • Solid understanding of GA4, Google Search Console, and other website analytics tools.
  • Basic graphic design skills.
  • Familiarity with Photoshop or similar graphic design software.
  • Experience with WordPress or other content management systems.
  • Project management skills or experience.
  • Basic knowledge of various AI tools, including ChatGPT.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Constant Contact).
  • Understanding of Google PPC.
  • Knowledge of programmatic advertising.
  • Experience in the automotive industry and familiarity with industry-specific tools such as Edmunds, Outsell, and Clarivoy.
