Electrical Estimator

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electrical Estimator/Project Manager to join our team. In this exciting and rewarding position, you will have the opportunity to work with customers, develop scopes of work, estimates, and ultimately deliver projects. This critical role requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as the ability to drive projects from planning and development to successful completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project estimates and scopes of work
- Lead project teams to deliver projects on time and on budget
- Collaborate with customers to understand project requirements and deliverables
- Manage project schedules and timelines
- Ensure quality project delivery and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- 5+ years of Electrical Estimation/Project Management experience
- Practical Design-Build skill set
- Proven track record of delivering quality projects on time and on budget
- Strong leadership abilities
- Team-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Desire for personal and professional growth
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field preferred
