Key Responsibilities:
- Perform laser hair removal, photo facials, facials, and hydrafacial treatments with precision and care.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting our services and products.
- Work collaboratively with our team to achieve business objectives and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Master Esthetician.
- Hands-on experience with GentleMax Pro, Picoway, and Morpheus laser systems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work Saturdays (full day) and/or Sundays (half day).
- Competitive hourly wage plus commission and tips.
