Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Radiographer III to join our team at Community Hospital of San Bernardino. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will be responsible for producing high-quality diagnostic images using complex radiographic equipment. Your expertise will be essential in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the hospital's mission of delivering humankindness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate mobile and stationary radiographic equipment to obtain standard diagnostic radiographs
  • Input and retrieve data from the Hospital and Radiology Medi-Tech System
  • Work various shifts within the department, including lead duties
  • Perform leadership tasks, including delegating and following through with decisions
Requirements
  • Two years of experience in an acute care hospital setting, performing general diagnostic procedures using ionizing radiation
  • Graduate from an accredited JRCERT Medical Radiography School and passed the entry-level radiography board examination from the ARRT
  • American Registry of Radiologic Technologists certification in two advanced imaging modalities, such as Radiology and Fluoroscopy, Computed Tomography, or Magnetic Resonance Imaging
  • California Fluoroscopic Radiologic Technologist Permit within six months of hire date
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certificate
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with digital imaging systems, PACS, and basic health care informatics
  • ACR recognized certifications from additional licensing authorities for Computed Tomography and Magnetic Resonance Imaging
