Job Summary

Analyze complex business problems to identify, evaluate, and develop cost-effective processes, procedures, policies, training, and workflows that meet business requirements.

Work on diverse scope problems, analyzing data to evaluate identifiable factors, and demonstrating good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.

Develop business requirements with expertise from business system analysts, understanding competitive situations, business practices, and approaches, and recommending business process changes.

Collaborate with clients to develop business requirements, integrate systems and business processes, and drive work into systems initiatives.

Plan and execute integration and acceptance testing, and work with business system analysts to create specifications for systems to meet business requirements.

Conduct significant systems testing, support data conversions, support local system rollouts, and exercise project management as needed.

Understand, propose, educate, and implement new business processes through business operations and new systems.

Work to continually understand business requirements, document them in standard formats, obtain business user approval, and work them seamlessly into the bigger picture.

Help develop processes, procedures, and training, and provide consultation to users in the area of automated systems.

Lead cross-functional teams to address business or systems issues, and perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 5-7 years of experience in business analysis and process engineering
  • Advanced analytical skills and business acumen, including knowledge of multiple divisions
  • Ability to work independently and make recommendations to management
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders

Working Conditions

Work is normally performed in a typical interior work environment, with no hazardous or unpleasant elements.

Substantial movements of the wrists, hands, fingers, and/or upper body for sustained periods of time, including using extremities to drag, push, pull, or grasp.

Particularly for sustained periods of time, with work normally set to specified shifts.
