Job Summary

CareDx, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Laboratory Admin to join our team in Brisbane, CA.

This role involves performing laboratory and administrative tasks to support the clinical laboratory staff in our CLIA-certified laboratory.

  • Assist with shipping and receiving of patient specimens and supplies, working with third-party vendors and cross-functional teams.
  • Work with the Client Services team to resolve missing information cases, data discrepancies, and other issues related to sample processing within the lab using platforms like Jira and Salesforce.

The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of experience working in biotech, life sciences, or healthcare, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong interpersonal skills.

A degree in a related field and previous laboratory experience are preferred.

Responsibilities:
  1. Perform data entry and maintain data and spreadsheets.
  2. Be seen as a subject matter expert for laboratory accessioning.
  3. Maintain confidentiality of personal health information (PHI).
  4. Identify problems that may affect assigned duties and follow established protocols to correct problems or escalate to Clinical Laboratory Scientist, Clinical Laboratory Manager, or Lab Director.
Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is $50,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
