Site Operations Manager

The company has more than 60 locations through which it distributes products, equipment and chemicals, and provides customers with other value-added services including equipment repair, equipment rental and education.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive sales growth and monitor sales associates' performance to increase market share.
  • Attend monthly tele/video conferences with Regional Managers and Executive Level Managers to provide site reports and updates.
  • Review individual site performance for the month and year.
  • Facilitate team reviews, quality control/assurance and follow-up training.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and oversee the receiving of in-coming freight.
  • Supervise the loading and manifesting of delivery trucks.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with site sales associates, Regional Sales Manager and corporate to achieve sales goals.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; College Degree preferred.
  • Competent with working on a computer and familiar with data works systems.
  • Ability to prioritize, delegate, manage and accomplish multiple tasks.
  • Excellent organizational, planning and prioritization skills.
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish.
