Compensation and Benefits:

  • A competitive hourly rate of $18-$22 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Provide direct one-on-one support to individuals with developmental disabilities, promoting their independence and self-advocacy skills.
  • Collect and analyze data to track individual progress and inform treatment planning.

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is highly desirable.
  • Registered Behavior Technician certification or completion of the 40-hour BACB modules preferred.
