Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Network PM to lead the deployment of conventional and next-generation core network technologies. The successful candidate will drive project plans, timelines, and schedules, while collaborating with stakeholders to resolve issues and enhance productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the deployment of core network technologies, including Access Unification, ROADM, NGROADM, and Ultra Long-Haul (ULH)
  • Partner with stakeholders to develop project plans, timelines, and schedules
  • Resolve issues in a timely manner to ensure internal and external commitments are met
  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to recommend enhancements to increase productivity and efficiency
  • Drive and manage vendor and outsource teams to meet construction timelines
  • Communicate effectively at multiple levels, from team members to executive management
  • Negotiate and motivate others to achieve project goals
Requirements:
  • 5 or more years of experience in driving cross-functional projects, vendor management, and outsource teams
  • Effective interpersonal and team building capabilities
  • Strong project planning and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, analytical, and communication skills
  • Ability to influence organizational direction and initiatives across all leadership levels
  • Experience with SRM/SAP and expense and/or capital budgets
Preferred Qualifications:
  • PMP Certification
  • Expert knowledge and proven experience with the full suite of Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Project, and the Clarity Software Application suite
  • Competency in Telecommunications technologies, networks, and business processes
Work Environment:

This is a contract position with a salary of $40-$50 per hour. The work hours are 8am to 5pm, and the location is Richardson, TX.

Education:

Bachelor's degree required.
