Job Overview

JEO Consulting Group is a leading multidisciplinary firm that provides expertise and services in low and medium voltage projects. Our Electrical Department is seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineer to support and serve industrial and municipal clients, as well as internal department needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop electrical design plans and contract documents
  • Provide on-site inspection services
  • Ensure completeness of the design related forms and reports
  • Develop and review cost estimates and calculation of construction quantities
  • Ability to select and specify various electrical system components including motor control centers, switchgear, transformers, etc.
Requirements
  • 4+ years' experience working in the electrical engineering industry
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equal
  • Experience with low or medium voltage projects
  • Professional Engineer (PE) License
Preferred Qualifications
  • 6+ years' experience working in the electrical engineering industry
  • Electrical distribution system modeling software experience
  • PLS CADD experience
  • Desire to engage in client development and marketing activities
