Job Title: Electrical Superintendent

Job Summary:

The Electrical Superintendent is a key member of our project team, responsible for overseeing the electrical aspects of our utility-scale solar and energy storage projects. This role requires strong leadership and technical skills to ensure the successful completion of projects on schedule, within budget, and with high-quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and coordinate the work of electrical personnel and subcontractors to achieve project goals.
  • Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and quality control plans.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project success.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in electrical construction, project management, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Fluency in English, with bilingual Spanish and English a plus.

Work Environment:

The Electrical Superintendent will work in a professional, construction site setting, with occasional travel required. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a team environment, communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders, and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
