Job Description

Cybersecurity Experts play a crucial role in developing and implementing CNO capabilities. This position involves designing and creating new hardware or software solutions to meet the evolving needs of our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Design and develop new CNO capabilities, staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements.
  • Contribute to the development of applications software and systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Apply advanced knowledge of security concepts and networks to identify vulnerabilities and implement effective countermeasures.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
  • Ensure software standards are met, maintaining high-quality code and adhering to established best practices.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree and 6-10 years of relevant experience, or 10-14 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Proficiency in Python and C/C++ programming languages.
  • Troubleshooting and debugging experience, with a proven track record of identifying and resolving complex issues.
  • Strong understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP and socket-level programming.
Preferred Qualifications

The following qualifications would be advantageous for this role:

  • CNO capability development experience, with a focus on creating innovative solutions.
  • Software analysis and reverse engineering expertise, with a deep understanding of assembly programming concepts.
  • Experience managing or leading teams, with a strong ability to motivate and guide others.
  • Unit testing experience, with a focus on ensuring high-quality code.
  • Experience working with Atlassian products, including JIRA, Confluence, and Crucible.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, with excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
Security Clearance Requirements

An active/current TS/SCI with Polygraph is required for this position.

Physical Requirements

This role requires:

  • The ability to remain stationary for extended periods (50% of the time) and operate computer equipment and office machinery.
  • Regular communication with colleagues, management, and clients.
Estimated Salary Range

$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
