Job Summary

UT Health San Antonio is seeking a Clinical Psychologist to join our team in the Department of Family & Community Medicine. The ideal candidate will have a doctoral degree in clinical or counseling psychology and experience in providing integrated behavioral health services in primary care settings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide behavioral health services to patients in primary care settings
  • Supervise family medicine residents, medical students, and psychology residents/fellows/externs
  • Assist with curriculum development and teaching for the FM residency
  • Participate in clinical research and quality improvement initiatives

Requirements

  • Doctoral degree in clinical or counseling psychology
  • Experience in providing integrated behavioral health services in primary care settings
  • Eligibility to obtain a Texas psychology license
  • Eligibility for clinical privileges with the University Health System
