Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain compliance with Process Safety Management (PSM) standards, including Management of Change (MOC) and Pre-Startup Safety Reviews (PSSR).
- Provide technical and managerial support for equipment repairs, including cost estimation, planning, and project management.
- Guide the replacement of equipment, ensuring accurate specifications and installations.
- Investigate and resolve equipment-related issues impacting production efficiency.
- Analyze electrical failures to identify root causes and implement preventive measures.
- Support the maintenance department with technical expertise and recommendations for repair techniques.
- Manage spare parts inventory for new installations and equipment modifications.
- Develop and enhance testing and calibration procedures for electrical systems.
- Oversee the creation and implementation of preventive maintenance programs.
- Assist in planning and supervising major maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with corporate electrical teams to ensure adherence to company guidelines.
- Possess knowledge of the National Electric Code (NFPA 70) and electrical safety standards (NFPA 70E).
- Work with electrical equipment rated up to 230KV.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- A minimum of three years of experience in electrical maintenance within the chemical manufacturing industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
- Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform tasks requiring climbing and bending.
- Capability to respond to visual and audible alarms.
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with rectifiers and relevant regulatory standards.
- Experience with SAP software.
