Job Summary:

We are seeking a Homelessness Prevention Specialist to join our team. As a Homelessness Prevention Specialist, you will provide comprehensive case management services to identified chronic homeless individuals, working with them to overcome housing barriers and secure entitlements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide case management services to assigned clients, including conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualized housing plans.
  • Work with clients to overcome housing barriers and secure entitlements.
  • Liaise with clinical staff in other programs to coordinate services for common clients.
  • Participate in case conferences as necessary.
  • Provide emergency first aid/CPR or overdose prevention protocol assistance when needed.

Requirements:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional with a bachelor's degree and excellent communication and writing skills. Bilingual Spanish is strongly preferred, but not required. Experience working in residential treatment and with the MICA and homeless populations is a plus. CPR training certification or willingness to take training is also required.

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $60,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes competitive health and dental plans, paid time off, and opportunities for career development.
