Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of a team of Route Service Representatives and Route Service Supervisors.
- Foster strong relationships with customers and enhance your team's performance in customer satisfaction.

- Negotiate contract renewals with customers.
Qualifications:
What We Are Seeking:
- A business-minded individual who enjoys discovering innovative strategies to boost profits and enhance customer satisfaction within their UniFirst location.
- A results-oriented relationship manager who is willing to engage hands-on with the team and prioritize customer needs.
- Someone who is enthusiastic about supporting their team of Route Service Representatives and Route Service Supervisors as they grow in their roles.
- High School Diploma or GED; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage various customer service scenarios.
- Proficiency in negotiation, training, coaching, and team leadership.
- Excellent computer skills (MS Office).
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Valid non-commercial driver's license in the state of residence.
- Must meet pre-employment DOT physical requirements.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
