At Brady Industries, we're committed to delivering exceptional service to our customers. As a Warehouse Night Shift Lead, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, overseeing daily activities, and coordinating with our team to meet customer demands.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage warehouse inventory control, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices.
  • Coordinate routing for next-day delivery tickets, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Supervise the sanitation and physical condition of the warehouse, material handling equipment, and rolling stock.
  • Ensure the safety of employees and visitors during the night shift, investigating accidents and recommending corrective action.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement innovative solutions.
  • Comply with all relevant administrative policies, safety rules, and Brady Industries' policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of warehouse/distribution experience.
  • 21 years of age.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Pass pre-employment drug and background check.
