We are seeking a highly skilled RN Resident to join our Cardiac Tele team at Broward Health Medical Center. As a RN Resident, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the growth and development of our team.
Responsibilities- Plan, coordinate, and provide patient care based on individual needs and treatment plans.
- Establish and implement individualized care plans for patients.
- Provide direct and indirect patient care, including interventions and evaluations.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school (AD in Nursing, RN Diploma, or BSN).
- One to two years' experience in acute care hospital setting.
- Registered Nurse licensure and BLS and ACLS certifications through AHA or Red Cross.
- Job/department-related certification/license as outlined in the specific job description.
