Talent Acquisition and Management

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to join our team at University Home Care in Livonia, Michigan. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting the organization's talent acquisition and management processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Benefits Administration: Ensure accuracy and compliance in administering and managing employee benefits.
  • Policy Development: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals.
  • Employee Support: Provide guidance and support to employees on various HR-related matters.
  • Training and Development: Assist in training and developing employees to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Record Maintenance: Maintain and update employee records, both physical and digital.
Requirements:
  • Prior Experience: Proven experience in a similar HR role is essential.
  • Laws and Regulations: Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations is mandatory.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Confidentiality: Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
What We Offer:
  • Estimated Salary: An estimated salary range for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
  • Paid Time Off: Generous paid time off and holidays package.
