Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Content Coordinator to join our team at Spark Talent Acquisition. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing digital content workflow support for our clients.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have experience in DAM (Digital Asset Management), with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Key responsibilities include:

- Cataloging, indexing, researching, and fact-checking information as requested by clients;
- Locating, identifying, viewing, and cataloging client-specific metadata using keywords and/or tags;
- Providing fulfillment of assets services by monitoring, researching, and supporting client inquiries and requests;
- Migrating digital assets to and from client internal networked resources, external devices, or third-party vendors or agencies;
- Documenting and tracking workflow metrics, following project goals and milestones as assigned;
- Exercising judgment when making decisions on the utilization of objective or subjective data when cataloging/indexing;
- Creating or summarizing digital asset descriptions for product items and their images or other asset types;
- Utilizing quality control processes to ensure proper descriptions, correct metadata tagging, and removal of any duplications;
- Tracking both billable and non-billable hours using internal and at times client time-tracking apps;

Requirements

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess the following skills and qualifications:

- Experience in DAM is necessary;
- Excellent personable and effective communication professionally, while working directly with external clients, internal team members via email, correspondence, virtual meeting apps;
- Ability to adapt to and fulfill unique requests from coworkers and client project requirements;
- Ability to research and problem solve unique challenges as they arise and provide creative, flexible solutions;
- Flexibility within schedule to accommodate deadlines, timezone differential, or client needs;
- Experience and comfort with Microsoft Office 365: Teams, Excel, Word, including the ability to learn and adapt to client-specific systems, project management applications, and virtual meetings;
- Ability to utilize available time to organize and complete work within given deadlines using systemic or project management methods;
- Ability to exercise discretion and confidentiality regarding proprietary information;
- Ability to work effectively, both independently and on virtual teams, internally and client-facing;

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
