Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement a Comprehensive Safety Program: Design and implement a robust safety program that meets company goals and requirements, including training, audits, and corrective actions.
- Monitor and Train Team on Regulations: Identify and develop programs to meet regulatory requirements, provide training and certifications, and ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, EPA, and other state and federal agencies.
- Accident Investigation and Corrective Actions: Investigate accidents, determine root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrences.
- Supportive Role with Leadership and Management: Collaborate with the management team to improve operations, provide leadership in completing tasks, and assist production managers in areas such as scaffolding design, material handling safety, and logistics.
- Education and Certifications: B.S./M.S. in Occupational Safety and Health, OSHA 10, OSHA 30, OSHA 510, OSHA 500 trainer, Scaffolding Competent Person, and First Aid/CPR/AED certifications.
